Atlas Shrugged – Ayn Rand – Book Review

5139z9vgngl_bo2204203200_pisitb-sticker-arrow-clicktopright35-76_aa240_sh20_ou01_Atlas Shrugged is the Battle cry for fiscally conservative people.

Ya know those people you hear people say things like, “he’s a good man” or “she always just did the right thing”.  Ayn Rand brings morality to life in the central character of this book, Dagny Taggert.   The world really would be a better place if there were more Dagny Taggerts in it.  However, the world is full of whiny people looking for handouts and blaming the working prosperous for their ailments and woes.  So is this book and that’s what makes it so fun.

The only drawback is the length of the book.  You will however change your mind about 6 to 7 chapters in though.  This drawback of being lengthy will seem more and more like a gift the deeper you get into the novel.

Who is John Galt?
