Orange Dress with Ruffles
Gabby in an Orange Dress
This is Gabby’s latest creation. She asked me to send it to the website for the family to see.
As you can see, there’s a rainbow, grass under her feet, and flowers at the bottom of the page. I remember when the world looked like this. I hope she doesn’t forget. She says she wants to be an artist. I think she already is…

These kids love each other already. Evan looks at Gabby with amazment everyday. I hope they stay close. It makes me wonder what it’s like to have that kind of bond. Anybody care to comment about what a sister/brother bond is like? Ryan McKinney

Daddy, Mommy, and Gabby
Gabby loves to do art work. This one was put on my night stand for me to take to work. Proudly, my dear. Very proudly. -Love, Daddy Ryan McKinneydetails ->

Kids in the Park
Kids in the Park
We took the kids to the park the other weekend. The weather was awesome. That cool crispness of spring. The flowers everywhere and the smell of cut grass. They had a blast. (and so did we). We got to show off our parenting teamwork (or the lack thereof) when Evan realized our “park time” had cut into “meal time”. Peas and Rice…. Everywhere.
Gabby – April’s Wedding
Gabby is growing up so fast.
She is beautiful, however when I saw this one, I almost lost it.
My little girl is going to break some hearts. That’s for sure. I just hope she’s gentle with mine.
These Photographers ROCK.
Images by Ingrid were professional, fun, and they really take fantastic pictures.

No Children in Basket!
She’s really is a mild mannered kid. No seriously. The grocery store was always a fun trip for me when I was a kid. I remember my mom pushing me around on the cart as I held on to the back with my feet and hands. I love the fact that she is hugging the sign that says: “No Children in Basket” What do you think? Do you remember you and your family going to the grocery store together?
Snow Day Augusta!
10 Years in the making, but we finally got a snow day. Gabby was thrilled! Check out these pictures. Gabby kept wanting to eat the snowman’s nose. We didn’t have any coal so we had to paint some rocks. Soon the snow melted and we were left with only memories and these pictures. It was a blast. Throwing snowballs at each other, rolling a huge ball of snow around the house to build the snowman, and sipping hot chocolate by the fire to warm up.
When April left to go home on Friday night she almost ran over 2 kids rolling a 5 ft tall snowball down the street. It was a wintry dream come true… for every one of us kids.
